The Defence & Security division designs, manufactures and markets products and services for the armed forces and law enforcement agencies, primarily under the FN brand. Factories are located in Belgium, the United States, the United Kingdom and Finland.
The Hunting & Sports Shooting division designs, manufactures and markets products, primarily under the Browning and Winchester* brands. Companies are located in the United States, Belgium, Portugal and Japan**.

The Sofisport division designs, manufactures and markets shotshells under its own brands. It also sells shotshells and components to third-party companies. Factories are located in France, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom and Canada.
